Information is collected online by Legends when you request a brochure or information to be sent to you. That information includes but is not limited to the following:

Traveling Companion's Name
Children Traveling with and Age
Mailing Address
Email Address
Telephone/Fax Number
Special Travel Requests
Honeymoon Information
Other Travel Information Requested

We use the above information submitted in order to process your brochure and product requests. We also use the email/fax information as provided to deliver relevant information to our clients such as promotional travel specials for Legends and its subsidiary companies. Information on children's ages is gathered only for the sole purpose of advising the correct hotel room category and pricing should a reservation be made. Legends does not seek to obtain information nor does it store or maintain any information on children under 13 years for any other purpose except for the afore mentioned.

The information collected may be used by Legends to compile mailing lists in order to occasionally send our clients brochures or other promotional mailings. This mailing list will only be used by Legends for its own marketing and promotional purposes and will not be shared or sold with any third parties.

If you are not interested in receiving any promotional information by email or direct mail, you may choose to opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link on email broadcasts or send us an email to info@pacificlegends.com. Please allow at least 60 days for your information to be removed from our database.

Legends may also use non-identifying or aggregate information to improve our website, track marketing success, and/or to share website information with our airlines, hotels, and other travel partners. This information may include number of visits, hits, most requested pages, most accessed pages, most requested dates, top paths through the site. Not all of this information is shared with our business partners, but some aggregate numbers such as visits on a particular page/package during a particular time frame may be shared. However, no personally identifiable information about you will be shared with any third party.
